  • “All the lash girls have been awesome and do an amazing job”

    My favourite place for lashes! I used to live right beside it, but even when I moved over an hour away I still continued to do the drive to come here. All the lash girls have been awesome and do an amazing job… I sometimes don’t know my exact schedule and as such would go to many of the girls based on ‘crap I have to fly out in 2 days I need lashes now!’ Was never disappointed, even with new technicians ❤️

  • “The microblading is so nice, precise and look amazing on me”

    I had my eyebrows done at this location and even though i had a previous microblading that was not the greatest. Giselle did an outstanding ? perfect microblading. I am so in love with my eyebrows now,. The microblading is so nice, precise and look amazing on me. All the staff are friendly, inside it is clean, sanitized all the time . I truly recommend this place. I will definitely go back to do other services. Keep up the good work.

  • “The environment was very zen and relaxing”

    I made an appointment for a microdermabrasion facial and I’m so glad I did! When I arrived, the salon was definitely prepared for the COVID situation that we are being challenged with. I was greeted and my temperature was taken, touchless hand sanitizer was provided and a pair of sanitized slippers were provided. I then had a seat while I waited for my appointment. When I entered my appointment, the environment was very zen and relaxing. The entire facial was fantastic and refreshing; my face felt cleansed and anew when I was done. I strongly recommend this beauty bar for all your needs! They are very professional and attentive. Can’t wait to go back for another facial or to try something new!

  • “Hands down the best salon to get lashes done”

    Hands down the best salon to get lashes done. I’ve gotten lashes done by several different technicians and they all have been so skilled and professional. I’ve been going to Beauty House since they opened and they never disappoint. Since they have re-opened last month since then I’ve been there, and they are on point with making you feel safe, extremely clean, all staff wearing masks, sanitizing stations and proper distancing. Uliana the owner such a lovely person, so warm and professional.

    Came in and got my brows tinted and shaped by Angelique and had an amazing experience! I felt super safe and the salon did an amazing job making sure that there were Covid procedures put into place. From having me change my shoes into disinfected slippers, to lying down on a disinfected chair and having a plastic cover on my side so that I was not in the vicinity of other patrons made me feel incredibly safe. My brows look incredible and Angelique was super friendly and professional. Great job ladies!

    Very impressed with the invaluable insight on quality of service and the many different styles the beauty house provides. Uli , the owner is very committed to providing a safe environment. All the products used are new and sanitized. Your eyelash technician offers you a variety of lengths and choices. Having extensions is the ultimate beauty hack, never having to wear mascara and still have your eyes pop is my absolute favourite part! Overall such a pleasant experience, so happy with my results. Would never suggest you choose a place that offers groupons…beauty house is established, remarkably clean and the greatest staff. Would highly recommend!

  • “SO GLAD that they opened a location near me!”

    So.. I’ve been going to the cityplace location for 2 years now and am SO GLAD that they opened a location near me! Loved them at city place and love them even more now that they are here!!!! These girls are amazing, at first I just had my lashes done with them, but then sampled their other services ( microblading and sugaring… and am hooked!) Strongly recommend! Love you girls!!! Xoxoxo

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Our Policies

  • Make sure to book your appointment in advance and arrive on time as we are not accepting walk-ins, until further notice.
  • No children or guests will be allowed to accompany clients during their appointment.
  • Consent forms will be sent via email 72 hrs prior and must be submitted prior to all appointments.
  • Contactless temperature screening will be provided to all clients and service providers before entering The Beauty House. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments for those who show signs of illness and forfeit the full cost of the service.
  • All clients must wash their hands thoroughly upon entering The Beauty House.
  • Please bring a face mask as one must be worn for all appointments.
  • All surfaces within the salon will be sanitized to help prevent the spread of germs.
  • Blankets and refreshments will temporarily not be provided but you are welcome to bring your own.
  • As much as we want to give everyone hugs, we must stay 6 feet apart as much as possible.
  • We encourage contactless payments, Debit, Credit Cards & Apple Pay.
  • COVID-19 surcharge of $5 will be added to all appointments.
  • All product sales will be final sale, until further notice.
  • We will have 1 client per treatment room and/or several with plexi shield dividers to ensure everyone’s safety.
  • The Beauty House Team has been trained in thorough sanitization, completed the Barbicide training and received certification.
  • To ensure the highest level of sanitization, 15 minutes after each appointment is reserved.
  • 24 hr late rescheduling fee due to illness will be waived and will be re-booked in 2 weeks. No shows will be subject to $50 fee.

The Beauty House is taking all necessary precautions to provide clients and staff a safe and healthy environment. These measures might seem extreme, however, they are required in order for us to legally operate in accordance with the new rules & guidelines.

At The Beauty House we guarantee that you are going to love our work! If you are not happy with your new look or simply want a small adjustment, please let us know within the first 3 days and we will adjust it to your satisfaction, at no extra charge during our earliest available time-slot.

We understand that sometimes things come up and schedules need to change. We will be happy to reschedule or cancel any appointment, however, we do require a 24-hour notice. Please note, that for same day re-schedules / cancellations, a $50 cancellation fee will be applied to your next appointment.

A reservation fee (deposit payment) might be required in order to secure your appointment. All reservation fees will be deducted from the balance on the day of your service. The reservation fees can be paid via online booking, credit card, e-transfer or in person. If for any reason you need to cancel your appointment, please provide us at least 24-hour notice and we can process a refund on your reservation fees.

There are No Refunds on Services, Packages or Gift Cards. Refund, exchange or Store Credit is available solely on the purchase of products. Products must be returned within 14 days of the original purchase date, with a valid receipt. Items must be in sealed and sellable condition: unopened, unused and in the undamaged original packaging.

Please notify us if you are running late for your appointment. Late arrivals will result in your service(s) being customized to fit the remaining appointment time. If you are significantly late for your appointment our cancellation fee will be applied (at our discretion).

Please be advised that 45-minute appointments are only available if scheduled within 14 days of your previous appointment.

Please be courteous and notify us if you cannot make your appointment. Unfortunately, all no-shows will automatically result in the $50 cancellation fee.

Please note, as confirmed at the time of booking, it is essential that the lash line and eyelashes are thoroughly clean prior to your appointment. If they are not, the technician may add a lash bath service at an additional cost of $25. Alternatively, you may clean your lashes using the provided lash shampoo in the bathroom; however, this will reduce the duration of your scheduled appointment.

A refill is required to be within 5 weeks from the last lash appointment and must have 30% lash coverage to qualify for this service. Please be on time with clean lashes for your appointment as the service is time-based.

Please note that we do not provide refills on top of existing work done outside The Beauty House.

To maintain your semi-permanent makeup results a touch-up is recommended periodically. 

Touch up pricing is only valid for work previously done at The Beauty House, however, we would be more than happy to provide a consultation to determine pricing for work done outside The Beauty House.

If you experience an allergic reaction to any of the products used during a service, please contact us immediately for assistance in assessing the situation. If you’ve experienced allergic reactions to eyelash extensions in the past and think you may have an allergy to our products, please let us know before your appointment. A patch test can be provided prior to the appointment, simply phone or email us with this request. Please note, refunds are not processed due to an allergic reaction, however, we would be happy to remove the lashes free of charge at your earliest convenience.

If you would like to bring children to your appointment, we ask that you phone to notify us prior to your appointment. During very busy times, we may not be able to accommodate children in the salon and our team will not be able to provide supervision.

Due to hygienic reasons and possible allergies among other clients, we do not permit animals in our salon. Exceptions will be made for service animals, however, 72-hour notice must be given to ensure that customers with allergies will not be present at that time.

There is plenty of street parking available around us as well as parking in the Sobeys on Fort York for those that would rather park inside.
