The Beauty House would be happy to amend or cancel your booking when given 24hrs notice prior to your booking time. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your booking without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that time, and clients on the wait list miss the opportunity to book their slots. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.

  • The Beauty House has the right to decline any bookings for those who fail to follow our policies.
  • All bookings are subject to confirmation by salon management.
  • A confirmed reservation will be communicated to you through the provided contact details.
  • The rented working space is to be used strictly for professional beauty or cosmetic services. Any use outside the intended scope may result in the termination of the booking without refund.
  • The salon is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings left in the rented working space. It is advisable to secure and monitor your belongings during your reservation.
  • Users are expected to maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the rented working space. Any damage or excessive mess may result in additional charges.
  • Users must maintain the time frames of their bookings without failure.
  • Users must adhere to all salon policies, including but not limited to safety, health, and conduct guidelines.
  • The salon reserves the right to refuse service or access to the working space to anyone for any reason.
  • Discriminatory or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
  • The salon is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or incidents that may occur during the use of the working space.
